Authorization Numbers

When your terminal displays “Call Center” call these numbers for the proper credit card:

Visa/Mastercard: (800) 228-1122
(800) 347-1111

American Express: (800) 528-2121

After obtaining authorization over the phone, go to your terminal and press the ticket-only key. The terminal will prompt you for the credit card number and the authorization you received from the call center. You must complete this ticket only process or you will not be paid for the transaction.
