Compliance Representative
Job Summary
Manage or work on compliance projects to ensure changes are made with minimal impact while meeting deadlines and ensuring all possible areas involved have been addressed with the main focus on IRS Tax Reporting and PCI Compliance. This position will also cross train and back up additional areas of compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities

Research, project planning, timeline, creating database accuracy for the upcoming Tax Reporting regulations

Work Data Integrity reporting within guidelines and by deadlines to ensure items are corrected and noncompliance assessments are not received.

Back up for all compliance programs (i.e. data security, non-compliance review, account registrations, and renewals)

Communicate all Compliance project related information such as status, reviews, tracking, Association reporting data, business strategy, and issues to management.

Back up for completing PCI Association reporting following association guidelines and deadlines.

Support facilitator for internal and external data security communications.

Follow MCPS Terms and Conditions, policies and procedures as well as banking, Industry Association, Federal and State Regulation changes to ensure compliance.

Create accurate, well written, detailed and educational documents, fax notifications, emails, and bulletins pertaining to compliance updates and changes dispursing to the company, sales agents, and merchants as needed.

Cross train and back up all compliance areas.

Build strong working relationships with the Associations (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).

Perform other duties as assigned
Skill Requirements

Credit card industry knowledge including PCI compliance, Regulation 6050W a plus

Advanced analytical and organizational skills.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2 years experience in a related field

Degree in business or computer technology a plus

Investigations Team Support
Job Summary
This position supports the Risk Department primarily performing light research functions, completing miscellaneous projects, and typing. The Support Analyst will also be expected to make and take calls.
Duties and Responsibilities
